Job Description
At Kanakadea Valley Aquatic Club, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a motivated student with a love for swimming and the ability to inspire young swimmers in Alfred, NY.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Behavior management and coaching experience is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and working with children
