Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at Webster Swim Association, you will lead swimming programs, teach individual and group lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, and inspire a love for the water. This role is perfect for students with a passion for swimming and excellent communication skills. We are seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Webster, NY.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and children
