Job Description
At PACK Swim Team of Pittsford, we are seeking a Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a love for swimming and a knack for inspiring young swimmers. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
• Passion for swimming and children
