Job Description
Looking for a responsible candidate to work two (6 hour) weekend shifts. Either 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM- 8:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday for a total of 12 hours

Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests in a professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist in booking services and reservations
Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
Assist with building events and parties
Light cleaning of the facilities
Requirements:
Some prior experience in working at a front desk is preferred.
Must display strong verbal and written communication and phone skills, including a professional phone manner is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Good interpersonal skills
The ability to retain a calm and personable demeanor
Abilities to work on weekends.
Flexible schedule however we look to provide a set schedule each month so that our team can plan their life outside of work accordingly.
Must be comfortable working at the desk alone.
We pride ourselves on having a positive and friendly work environment.
Additional opportunities within the position for growth and additional income if interested.
Position is available for immediate hire. Training will be provided onsite.
Must be able to get to Tribeca and Financial District in NYC, NY
