Job Description
We have an 8 yr old girl entering 3rd grade in the fall and an 11 yr old entering 7th grade. We are looking for someone active and sports oriented. We would like the kids to be in the park practicing tennis, basketball, riding bikes, going to the climbing gym, running drills so they come home tired!
When not at play with the kids, time will be spent picking up from school and transporting to after school activities and helping with homework.
We are flexible with schedule as we are self-employed but need more hours in our studio. Transit between Park Slope, Carroll Gardens and Red Hook is frequent and changes daily. We may need occasional help on school holidays or scheduled closures.
We would like to find someone that can create a real bond with our girls and help them navigate life, coming of age, and all the tricky things that they don't feel comfortable talking to their parents about. We have a house upstate so comfortability with travel and overnights a plus.
Nanny must swim and be fully vaccinated. Must speak fluent English and Spanish speaking is a big plus. Drivers License a plus. Nanny must have great domestic check-able references working for families
Compensation based on experience and fit.
