Job Description
Reports to work, is in the correct uniform and at the station as indicated on the weekly work schedule. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Correctly and punctually completes all opening and side work duties at the start of the shift, as assigned by the Manager On Duty.
Sets-up and restocks service stations before, during and after service; restocks glassware, ice, etc.
Removes dishes, silverware, glassware and all other items when members and guests are finished.
Returns dirty dishware, glassware, utensils and linen to the dishwashing area.
Clears all table items after member is finished and has left table.
Resets vacated tables according to the procedures stated in the training materials.
Constantly on the dining room floor to observe and ensure that members and guests are satisfied with food, beverages and service: immediately recognizes and responds to any member and guest needs and/or requests.
Communicates to the MOD any and all situations where a member or guest may express concern or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the dining experience.
Responsible for spot cleaning, as needed.
Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu is mandatory, including daily specials that may not be available directly on the menu.
Follows all national, state and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified.
Closes station only upon direction from MOD; correctly completes all closing, side work and checkout duties in a timely manner.
Practices teamwork and supports other Front-of-House positions as needed, providing a seamless member experience to all members and guests.
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
