Be a part of the High Exposure Team (http://www.highexposureclimbing.com) where we are reimagining how people of all ages grow and socialize through rock climbing, ninja warrior obstacle/parkour training, and NERF gaming in our dedicated NERF glow-in-the-dark arena.

Our mission is to promote health and wellness through fitness, friendship, and community. High Exposure is a multi-activity climbing gym with a nationally-ranked champion climbing team and a nationally-recognized ninja team. We provide a wide range of services including walk-ins, classes, large events, camps, and parties.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As the full-time or part-time Front Desk Coordinator/Supervisor, you will oversee personnel, schedules, phones, customer check-ins, customer relations/communication, and staff coordination. We are looking for an articulate, well organized, out-of-the-box thinker, who can handle themselves with grace under pressure while giving over-the-top customer service. Also, you will help to monitor floor safety and occasionally leave the front desk to work the floor if needed. You will be trained to understand all safety regulations and systems.
Reports to: Owners and Operations Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master our POS system and all supporting software
- Checking-in of customers and members
- Respond to voicemail, emails, and social media inquiries and professionally and cordially address customer needs over-the-phone, in-person, and electronically
- Inventory nonretail operational items e.g. cleaning supplies etc.
- Ensure maintenance of customer account receivables
- Follow up with marketing leads upon owner's request
- Ensure that all events and parties are staffed, prepared, and run smoothly
- Perform other duties as requested by owners
- Monitor/delegate staff for gym cleaning
- Update a strong social media weekly presence on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik-Tok and others

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School/College degree or relevant years of retail customer service experience
- Must be outgoing, personable and good with children
- Must have a strong sense of personal responsibility and motivation
- Must be efficient, on time, and able to take direction
- Ability to innovate, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong managerial and customer-service focus
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects
- Excellent MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mail Chimp Skills
- Expertise in social media marketing including Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Instagram
- Experience with or the ability to learn When to Work (employee scheduling) and Rock Gym Pro (client management)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available to work nights/weekends
- Must be able to lift 30-40 LBS, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run
