I am a product designer and doula who travels alot. I have a single family house in the West Side of Jersey City that has 3 available bedrooms. The house is a 20 minute walk to the Journal Square PATH station or accessible by several buses. I have lived in Jersey City for over 12 years, and loved this home for the past 7 years. I'm deeply connected to my community, engage in mutual aid and the arts, and commit to beautifying, protecting and uplifting my neighborhood. I'm looking for 3 professionals that can love and respect my home as much as I do.

Here is what I have to offer:
$1500 large bedroom unfurnished
$1300 smaller bedroom unfurnished
$1300 smaller bedroom unfurnished.

All rooms have new hardwood floors and are now freshly painted (I will update photos soon). Dishwasher, microwave, free LG washer/dryer. 1.5 bathrooms, backyard for gatherings. Gas, heat, hot water, free internet, Netflix, Hulu, Disney all included in the price. I typically have a housekeeper come every other month, but with more folks in the house, I will have her come every month. Cats are welcome (preferred).

Everyone knows who is who on my block- but people keep to themselves for the most part. Parking is horrendous. Just being honest. There is a C-Town around the corner, but I typically walk up to Bergen Avenue for the fresh fruit stands, or I'll drive to Costco
